Return Policy Overview:

You may return new, unopened UpRev kits within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded, a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged. The customer is liable for all return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and in new sell-able condition.

Customers should expect to receive their refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once received and inspected (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. If return is lost in transit customer will need to file an insurance claim with their carrier as we cannot issue refund until the merchandise has arrived and is processed by our staff. Always include signature confirmation and insure for full price.

Items that are Not Returnable & nonrefundable

  • Digital Product; (Reflash License, ARC License, Cable Upgrades, etc)
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received (new).
  • NATS Delete
  • ECU Recovery Fee

ABSOLUTELY no returns on the following components:

  • MAF Sensors
  • Aftermarket Wideband Units

Partial Refunds will be issued for unused UpRev Standard & Tuner kits more than 30 days after delivery, at our own discretion. This excludes items that fall under the no return policy.

Exchanges and Return Process:

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it or simply had a buyer’s remorse, please email sales@uprev.com with your order number on the title to begin the process. Once your inquiry is received, we will issue you an RMA number. Please note that it takes us up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive with us. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary. All returns need an approved RMA number, DO NOT ship to our warehouse before receiving an RMA number. Return address will be given to you at the time the RMA is approved.
